**Account Executive**

As an Account Executive you will be responsible for professional advisory support to clients on all their group insurance arrangements including broking services and ongoing policy maintenance. You will be working with Managing Principal and Principals on complex risks and involved on day-to-day service for major accounts.

**We will count on you to**:

- Develop and maintain effective client relationships by understanding their needs and pro-actively responding to these needs
- Implement renewal and broking strategies based on client’s needs as required
- Liaise with the Claims team to ensure that clients’ interests are protected, and claims are settled in a timely matter
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with insurers and assist with negotiations
- Maintain outstanding renewals, credit control and other necessary reporting over client portfolio
- Adhere strictly to the Company's policies, Quality practices and other systems and procedures
- Comply fully with the Company's Errors and Omissions avoidance policy
- Liaise with Marsh Client Operations (MCO) to ensure timely and accurate document production

- Clear and effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously within a multi skilled team
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload, meet deadlines and good time management skills
- Excellent client service ability - to be able to anticipate client needs and exceed them
- Motivated self-starter focused on achieving results
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to recognise and solve problems and think outside the square
- Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
