**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Australian Lateral Recruitment team on a full-time basis, based in either our Sydney or Melbourne CBD office.

**Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- assisting with drafting and posting job advertisements to internal and external websites;
- diary management;
- scheduling interviews with both interviewers and interviewees;
- briefing on psychometric testing when applicable;
- liaising with the global and regional Human Resources teams.

In addition to the above, you will also be involved in and play a key role on various recruitment related projects and initiatives. You will benefit from exceptional learning opportunities working in a respected and dynamic team.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- previous experience in a client-focused co-ordination or assistant role, ideally supporting recruitment processes or HR teams;
- strong attention to detail and organisational skills;
- ability and confidence to interact with people at all levels across the organisation;
- excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate collegiality within a team;
- effective planning, scheduling, prioritisation and time management skills;
- a proactive approach and desire to be an integral member of our leading and supportive team;
- experience with recruitment systems and tools, such as WorkDay, LinkedIn, external job posting websites, (desirable); and
- understanding of the lateral recruitment process (desirable).
