Home to some of the biggest thrill rides and coolest waterslides on the planet, Dreamworld present an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Team Leader to join the team on a Part-Time basis. The role of a Grounds Team Leader is to lead a team to successfully implement, maintain and upkeep all garden and landscaped areas within the Parks.

**Applicants must satisfy the following criteria**:

- Demonstrate well developed communication & teamwork skills
- Possess a high level of energy and physical fitness
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Previous experience within horticulture/landscaping environment
- Experience in grounds operations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate team members
- Ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgement.

This role is physically demanding and involves manual handling. Work hours will include early morning and weekend shifts, so flexibility is essential. Part-time (PT20) positions offer between 20 to 38 hours per week, with leave entitlements accruing on a pro-rata basis. It is crucial for PT20 roles to be adaptable to a 7-day roster, with a minimum availability of 5 days, including weekends.
