An exciting opportunity is now available to join an international company, and the largest Global Case IH dealer, in the position of Technology Support Specialist.
In this position you will be responsible for developing and delivering training material, remote support and troubleshooting assistance, creating reference material, and actively using the structured support centre platform to deliver positive outcomes for staff and customers.
**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Provide structured internal and customer support for Precision Farming and Application equipment through the O’Connors support centre to deliver positive outcomes for staff and customers.
- Develop and deliver training material for both internal and external training sessions
- Liaise with global staff and support centre to gather and share up to date information.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure sustainability, optimisation and ongoing success for the Ag Technology Department and team members.
- Support the maintenance of Company RTK

The skills that are required to be successful in this position include:

- Extensive experience and knowledge of Agriculture, Technology or Precision Agriculture.
- Computer literate with understanding of common software platforms.
- Mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to provide great customer service.
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
