**Job Summary**: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard manager to join our team. The Yard manager will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, loading and unloading sea containers. loading and unloading materials, and assisting with various tasks as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the yard clean and organized
- unpacking containers.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers
- Assist with inventory management
- Operate various yard equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist with general maintenance tasks, such as painting and repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- must have a Forklift ticket
- must have 5 years min Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to operate yard equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift up to 25kg
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions

**Work Environment**:

- Outdoor work environment
- Exposure to various weather conditions

**Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract

**Salary**: $42,760.00 - $90,306.83 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
