Possessing excellent attention to detail, time management skills and the ability to adapt to our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for greeting any clients that enter the office, answering all calls with your impeccable customer service skills and booking Jobs in, as the face of our company. Book in Jobs with a strong attention to detail
Uphold a professional, customer service-oriented presence of excellence at all times, including greeting clients.
Enter Bills daily
Provide assistance to Management and team where required
Maintain kitchen and general office areas
Manage office supplies, stationery items and mail distribution
General office administration
Customer Service duties
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**Experience in Motor Industry preferred, but not essential
Proven experience in a similar role
Experience in XERO preferred
Intermediate computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel)
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
Friendly and sociable personality
Quick learner with a high-level of attention to detail
Must have a Driver’s License and own transport
