**Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market and is well known for its**
**Foam, Rubber and pool categories.**

We are seeking an outgoing and knowledgeable individual to join the team as a Casual SALES Assistant at our Bundoora store.

This position will suit a person who is focused and motivated with a strong background in retail sales and solution selling.
- **Key responsibilities include**:_
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Work in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Set up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Be involved in stock control and management
- Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Water Testing for customers
- Other tasks and duties as directed
- Administration work including raising purchase order or receiving

- An outstanding track record in driving sales and a customer service culture
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective time management skills
- A passion and drive for Customer Service
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
- Work in a fast paced team environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Commercial/Trade industry experience PREFERRED
- 1-2 years of experience in retail and Admin PREFERRED
- Able to work weekends & public holidays PREFERRED

It is a casual position to start with but can lead to permanent full time position depending on the performance.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
