Hairhouse has expansive training courses which together with your will to learn will see you grow and develop all the skills you will need to become a successful Hair and Beauty Advisor.

**Your Role**:

- Ability to provide exceptional Customer Experiences
- Welcome, engage and provide professional recommendations on hair care
- Work with and support the team to ensure the best presented store
- Meet (and exceed) your daily and weekly KPIs and sales targets
- Become a master in Hairhouse merchandising including campaign set ups
- Support the salon team by welcoming their clients into the store
- Invite store customers to experience the salon experience
- Embrace and champion Hairhouse training and processes

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
