**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Agronomist / Agricultural Consultant to join our Perth team. In this role, you will be focussed on providing exceptional customer service, sales and trials support to our valued customers and suppliers. You'll offer agronomic technical advice, participate in product trials and be able to report on efficacy of products for our clients.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Advising farmers on issues such as crop production including disease, pest and weed control, soil improvement.
- Provide technical consultancy services.
- Provide agronomic and technical support to our clients and recommend appropriate products and services to increase and improve productivity.
- Continue to acquire relevant agricultural expertise and provide outstanding customer service to growers.
- Deliver sales growth to budget and maximise promotional opportunities by participating in field days and with trial and research work.
- Preparation of key trial findings and reports.
- Dedicated to developing and regularly updating product knowledge.
- Maintaining safety and compliance processes.
- Ensuring the safe, clean and professional presentation of the work environment.
**ABOUT YOU**
To excel as our Agronomist / Agricultural Consultant you will:
- Have a proven track record in agricultural consultancy.
- Be degree qualified in a relevant agricultural science.
- Enjoy working in regional WA.
- Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment.
- Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with clients.
**QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Previous agronomy and research experience.
- A relevant agricultural degree qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Practical organisational and problem solving experience.
- A working knowledge of agricultural products and practices.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
