We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **VIP Concierg**e to join a renowned **Investment, Hospitality including Hotel Company in Melbour**ne. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile _VIP investors, clients & partners_ and contribute to their overall satisfaction and loyalty.

The position is based in the Head Office, and we are looking for applicants with hotel or concierge background and will consider,
- _**Rooms or Front Office Managers**_
- _**Reservations or Revenue**_
- _**Professional Concierges**_
- _**Hotel BDM's or BDE's**_

**Responsibilities**:

- **Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests including clients, investors & business partners, providing personalised assistance**:

- **Coordinate, manage VIP's arrivals in the head office and stay close by for meetings and introduction of the board members**:

- **Anticipate and fulfil VIP's arrival & visits with the utmost professionalism**:

- **Work with tailor-made itineraries set by the companies senior directors**:

- **Collaborate with various companies investment departments to ensure seamless agendas for VIP's**:

- **Participate and assist with special events, dining, functions, and other VIP-related activities as required.**

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar VIP Concierge or Guest Relations role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for exceeding VIP's expectations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of an additional language is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanour with impeccable grooming standards.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
