Starting immediately, this is a project-based role, focusing on calculating backpays and reconciliations.

**The Company**

Recognised National business located in the CBD require the expertise of Payroll Officer with strong reconciliation skills. This role will provide a busy environment, and you will be working alongside an existing payroll officer with strong historical knowledge.

While this is a project role, there is the opportunity for something longer term of even permanent after the project has finalised

**Th**e Role**

As the Project Payroll Officer, you will be working between two payroll systems, cleansing data, updating employee details and reconciling data that runs back 3 years. This is a project-based role for someone who loves to crunch numbers and has strong reconciliations skills. You will be focusing on superannuation, long service leave, employee contracts and payroll ledgers.

You will also have the opportunity to assist with weekly payroll processing and be involved in process improvements.

**Your Profile**

This position will compliment a Payroll professional who has high volume end to end payroll experience within a medium to large organisation, exposure to setting up of new employees, terminations, and reconciliations. Previous experience working on a similar project will be highly advantageous
