The quiet “Aussie success” manufacturer behind many of the well-known FMCG brands you buy and use, numerous of them “Aussie icons” has a great opportunity for you as their Compounder on Day shift. Family owned and run for nearly 40 years we would be surprised if you didn’t have one of their products in your house, as they supply to major supermarkets and international companies.

As the compounder you are responsible for the mixing of raw materials, according to specifications to produce batches of high-end products for filling and packaging.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Ensuring required raw material is available for production
- Measurement of required raw materials
- Accurate and safe mixing of the raw materials
- Contribute to safety, quality, and compliance awareness in the workplace
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Confidence in measurement and accuracy skills
- Previous experience in compounding, batching, or blending
- Good attitude with a preference for being ‘hands on’
- Minimum 2 years’ operating a forklift safely
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
