You will be working with a reputable Melbourne Builder who have a reputation of delivering construction projects on time and within budget. As a result of an increased workload, there is an immediate need for a construction labourer with Level 2 First Aid who is comfortable carrying out a number of labouring tasks on construction sites throughout the South East suburbs.
**Duties**
- Working with Jack Hammers, Power Drills, Concrete Saws
- Site clean up of canteens and site sheds
- Opening and closing of site in preparation of contractors
- Removing construction debris
- Day to day safety checks
- Handling of deliveries and inductions
- Assisting with trades
**Skills And Experience**
- White Card and valid drivers license is essential
- Previous experience within construction/building restoration is essential
- At least 12 months experience working on construction sites in Australia
- Current Level 2 First Aid Ticket is essential
- Experience with power tools such as concrete saws, power drills, jack hammers and concrete drills
- PPE - hi viz, steel toe cap boots, gloves and hard hat
- Working With Children Check and current police check will be advantageous
- Valid Forklift license will be advantageous
- Physically fit
- Reliable and punctual
- Good work ethic - willing to carry out manual labour
- Self-motivated
- Work autonomously and in a team environment

**Benefits**
This role will suit an individual who enjoys variety in their duties, enjoys manual labour as well as furthering their building construction experience. You will be working with a reputable builder who is committed to safe work practices working on projects around the Melbourne Metro area. You will be paid on a weekly basis, with allowances and overtime and ongoing work.
**Please note this job will be ideally suited to those who can address the above skills criteria, who enjoy manual labour, comfortable with heavy lifting, extensive manual handling and site cleans.**
