**Key Responsibilities**:
- Fabricate and repair dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and implants according to dentist specifications.
- Use a variety of dental materials and equipment to create precise and accurate dental appliances.
- Perform adjustments, relining, and repairs to existing dental devices to ensure proper fit and comfort.
- Work with digital design software and CAD/CAM technology to design and manufacture custom dental appliances.
- Ensure all dental prosthetics meet quality standards and patient-specific needs.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed.
- Collaborate with dentists and other dental professionals to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, materials, and techniques in dental prosthetics and technology.
**Qualifications Required**:
- A Diploma or Degree in Dental Technology or a related field.
- Certification as a Dental Technician is preferred.
**Work Experience Required**:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Dental Technician, preferably in a lab or clinical environment.
- Proficiency in working with various dental materials such as acrylic, metal, and ceramic.
- Experience in using dental design software and digital scanning technologies.
**Level of Seniority**:
- Mid-level to Senior-level.
**Skills and Attributes**:
- Strong attention to detail and precision in fabrication and repairs.
- Excellent manual dexterity and artistic abilities for designing and creating custom prosthetics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to liaise with dentists and other dental professionals.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in dental technology.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
