Our client is a leading audit firm based in the Northern end of Brisbane Central, serving clients across Southeast Queensland and Australia. The firm’s experienced team are well-versed in audit practices servicing their clients for more than two decades. They are committed to collaborative and client-focused approaches. Specialise in providing independent and honest auditing services, viewing each audit as an opportunity to offer a fresh perspective and identify areas for improvement. **THE OPPORTUNITY**

Ideal for a young auditor to be part of a growing audit firm with two different assignments that gets training from a Senior Auditor that has experience in an international and Australian training.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with senior auditors in the audit process
- Manage external audits and assurance activities
- Cultivate client relationships, prepare reports, and lead engagements
- Contribute to audit fieldwork and conduct financial audits in line with standards
- Address governance and regulatory compliance
- Support office administration tasks

**EXPERIENCE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**
- Relevant accounting degree or currently studying
- CA qualified, studying or looking to commence
- 2+ years’ external audit experience in a local public practice firm
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
