Dental Assistant

We are a Brisbane based mobile dental service provider, providing children’s dentistry through schools and child care centres. We cover Brisbane, Ipswich and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a dental assistant for 2 days - Monday and Thursday. Start time 7am. End time 4pm when at childcare centres and 5.30pm when at schools. 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Driving our mobile clinic - full training provided. Standard car licence required.
- Assisting the dentist as required
- Prepare and set up clinics between patients following a high standard of infection control.
- Sterilization of instruments
- Available to work Monday and Thursday 7-5.30pm and option of Tuesday also.

Skills, personal qualities and experience
- 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Willing to commit long term.
- Caring and Friendly manner
- Enjoy working with children
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- A willingness to learn & develop
- Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows an advantage.
- You will report to our base in Darra.
