JBS has the opportunity to join our dynamic Brooklyn HR team as a HR Administrator. The successful applicant will possess the ability to handle high volumes of telephone and face to face enquiries, data entry plus perform a range of general office duties associated with a busy HR environment.

**Morning, Day and Afternoon positions available. Monday to Friday and requires flexibility to meet plant operational requirements. There is an occasional requirement to work on Saturdays, as needed.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining resource manning levels to meet business requirements.
- Provide high level administrative support to HR Department
- Compilation of weekly HR KPI reports
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures
- Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining all HR records, employee files and systems database
- Compliance to Human Resources Management System (HRMS)
- Assist with recruitment and induction processes
- Backup Payroll

**About You**:

- Strong administration and data processing skills
- HR experience will be highly regarded
- Ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Highly organised self-starter and committed to seeing projects through to the end
- Background in manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential to be successful in this role
