SSKB is a privately owned strata management company with offices throughout the East Coast of Australia.

As body corporate managers (both residential and commercial) we provide administrative services to our client buildings by assisting committee members and owners with the day-to-day administration of their body corporate.

**The Position '“ Administration Assistant. **Internally, we call this position **Assistant Community Manager**

To be effective in this position, you will enjoy working with policies and following processes, enjoy being organised with a customer service focus and above all else, enjoy general administration tasks. You will work on a portfolio of schemes, where your day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Composing documentation such as correspondence, agenda, and minutes of meetings
- Ensuring meeting timelines are met
- Diary management
- Meeting attendance and minute taking
- Answering queries and providing advice

**About You**

We are looking for someone who flourishes when working to timelines and processes. You will have:

- The ability to create great relationships with stakeholders
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
- The knowhow to adjust to competing demands
- Industry experience is highly regarded

Most importantly you will be able to quickly absorb detailed and specific processes. Comprehensive and on-going training will be provided to the successful individual. We offer 3-month body corporate training for all our new team members.
