Diploma or Certificate III Educators | Full-Time | Part -Time l Opening Late 2025 / Early 2026

Young Minds Academy is thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new, purpose-built early learning centre in Cooranbong, set to welcome families in late 2025 to early 2026. We are currently recruiting passionate, responsible, and caring Diploma and Certificate III qualified Educators to join our inaugural team.

About the Role:
As an Educator at Young Minds Academy Cooranbong, you will:

- Create a warm, play-based learning environment where children thrive
- Collaborate with the Educational Leader to deliver an engaging, responsive curriculum guided by the EYLF or MTOP
- Foster inclusive practices that celebrate diversity and individuality
- Document and support each child’s learning, interests, and developmental needs
- Work closely with families and your team to achieve strong learning outcomes
- Grow alongside a supportive and passionate team in a brand-new setting

What We’re Looking For:

- A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- A genuine love for working with children
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and best practices in early education
- Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
- Australian residency or working rights
