- A Glazing Planner has overall accountability for maximising the profitability of O’Brien within a designated region. This is achieved through: Providing exceptional customer service; effective leadership of the people; effective communication; managing resources effectively; focusing the business on operational performance improvement; focusing the business on safe working practices and developing the business Working Relationships Internal relationships - Glaziers, Regional Operations Management, Central Operations including Field Managers, Service Delivery Manager, Workforce Planner, Administration, Customer Solutions, Technical Sales & Regional Procurement External relationships
- local customers (insurers, loss assessors, facilities managers), local suppliers and councils Qualifications Essential Minimum School Certificate or equivalent Valid driver’s licence Experience & Attributes Essential Experience in managing people and employment terms and conditions Experience in a role requiring coordination or scheduling in a service based industry IT literate, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word Understanding of AS1288 Exposure to / understanding of Glazing techniques
