We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our partners
- **TCC Distributors (TCCD)**. TCCD operates in Australia as a sales and distributor partner to leading consumer goods companies and is currently the exclusive distributor for Independent Grocery channels and retailers for one of the world’s largest FMCG Companies.

**About the Opportunity**

We are looking for motivated, positive and hardworking individuals to fill a variety of Merchandiser roles we currently have on offer. You will work in the Independent Grocery space and be responsible for driving Client market share and category performance through ownership of in store promotional programs and increasing store sales results through opportunity-based selling.

As a Merchandiser, you will be required to:

- Merchandise our clients’ product range within Independent grocery chains within your assigned area.
- Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained.
- Complete seasonal planograms when required
- Sell in new products and upsell all promotions
- Check stock levels for stores, liaising with store managers
- Report accurate data upon the completion of each visit

This opportunity will cover
**Young, Junee and**
**surrounds**. This casual role is on average
**10 hours per week** across 2 days, with an hourly rate of
**$28.88 and $0.91 per km** travelled between stores.

**About You**

We’re on the lookout for a consumer focused BDM with an awesome attitude that can build strong relationships in the IG sector quickly You will have high energy levels to push and motivate the team around you and accurately report on sales results via various systems.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience
- A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable car
- Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
- Commitment to work on a regular basis in a casual position
- Ability to report your work via apps on a smart device
- Activities can be physically demanding in nature, especially planograms, so you need to be confident with working autonomously to complete these tasks.
