Practice Manager

Company Description
**We are looking for a Full Time Practice Manager to lead and manage our team**

Our Camira clinic consists of a strong and very friendly team of 5 vets, this is a caring and community focused practice with some very loyal long-term clients. Located within the city of Ipswich, backing onto the woods and neighbouring the rapidly developing suburb of Springfield, you are just a 30 minute express train ride from the Brisbane CBD, and only 1 hour from the bustling Gold Coast or 1.5 hours from the beautiful serene beaches of the Sunshine Coast

We are a large clinic with facilities including digital x-ray, a dental machine, 3 consult rooms, grooming facilities, cattery, kennel and 2 very large rooms we use as a prep area for our dental works. We also have a lovely big area out the front of the clinic where clients can take their dogs off leash for a bit of a run before or after their visit

**Your new role will see you;**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team and building a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required

**About Your Skills & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent with 2+ years of experience
- Experience in team management
- Strong leadership and team building skills, and the ability to provide coaching for team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight and organisational skills
