**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Brunswick, VIC

**Children**: 4.5 year old, 2.5 year old, and 12 month old

**Pay rate**: $32-35 per hour plus Super (casual employment, but Permanent Part-Time is on offer for the right person)

**Schedule**:
Mondays: 8:30am-5:30pm

Thursdays: 7am-4:30pm
- Optional Tuesday or Wednesday: 8:30am-3:30pm (flexible to work with what the right person wants)

**Start date**:As soon as they find the right person.

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Permanent Australian Residency
- 2+ years of experience with children of similar ages (personal or professional)
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This busy family with 3 young boys is seeking a nanny/caregiver to complement the parenting team. The number one priority will be care of the children, especially on Mondays and Thursdays. This will involve play at home and outings in the local area/to nearby playgrounds. No driving is required for this role

The right person for this role will be organised, able to multi-task, and show initiative. They will love getting outdoors and enjoy (or at least appreciate) building things

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
Both parents are professionals, with Dad working full-time and Mum now working part-time. They expect to be working in the office (not at home) on the days the Nanager is caring for the children.

The 4yo (who attends Kinder 3 days a week) is thoughtful, focused, and enjoys the company of adults. He also loves to be active outdoors. The 2yo navigating the transition from 'little boy' to 'big boy' - generally cuddly and a little hesitant when it comes to physical tasks, but also wanting to get involved with big brother's toys and activities. The 12mo is a relaxed baby and a great sleeper on a very consistent routine. He is just starting to crawl and become more mobile.

The boys have attended childcare and had casual nannies/babysitters before, so they're very comfortable having people care for them. The grandparents help out with the children when needed, but the family would prefer not to continue relying on them for several full days of care during the week.
