**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**We are currently seeking permanent P/T and Casual cleaners to work in the Bayside Peninsula Region**

**Some F/T positions available for specialised cleaning.**

We currently are seeking a number of reliable and hardworking people to perform various cleaning duties within our DET Cleaning Contract. Duties include all aspects of commercial contract cleaning. Equipment and full training provided.

We have a range of casual, part time and full-time positions available. Generally, positions are Monday to Friday.

The specific responsibilities might include:

- Detailed cleans of public areas including offices, facilities & washrooms
- Collection, segregation and disposal of waste
- Spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
- Toilet, external areas and walkway cleaning
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Responding to scheduled and ad-hoc customer requests Menzies is always looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team. **Cleaning experience preferred but not essential.**
- All applicants must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a police check and Working with Children Check as a condition of employment.
- Applicants who are not Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents must provide proof of entitlement to work including any restrictions on hours of work.
