Emeran Park, a leading thoroughbred spelling and training facility based on the NSW Central Coast, has an opportunity for a part-time Office and Administration Manager.
We are looking for a highly organised person with strong communication skills and basic knowledge of the thoroughbred industry.
The role is currently for 1-2 days per week, working in conjunction with our existing office team.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the daily administration of three separate facilities;
Managing and booking all arrivals and departures;
Staff rosters and wages;
Data entry and general accounts;
Ordering supplies and managing inventory;
Providing administrative support to the Director/ Farm Manager and liaising with trainers and vets.
The ideal applicant will be able to work well in a team but also unsupervised, be extremely reliable, and have great attention to detail.
Knowledge of Ardex software, Microsoft Office, Outlook and Word is preferred, however we are also prepared to provide software training for the right person.
