Ideally you will have:

- A strong food and beverage knowledge and a passion for good service
- Excellent customer service & communication skills
- Ability to multitask and be a team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
- A love for classic cocktails as well as bringing your own flavour to the venue
- Hold a current RSA
