This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll be across everything from risk assessments and chemical management to safety training and sustainability programs. No two days are the same - and you’ll have the autonomy and support to truly make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing- Drive the success of our Safety & Environmental Management Systems (SMS & EMS)- Lead risk assessments across plant, manual handling, and processes- Manage incident and injury reporting with a focus on prevention and continuous improvement- Deliver engaging safety training and empower employees to own safety every day- Champion the Safety Committee, working with HSRs and leaders across shifts- Keep our Chemical Safety Management System compliant and up-to-date- Lead site inspections and audits to meet ISO standards and WorkSafe compliance- Be at the forefront of sustainability - from waste reduction to recycling initiatives

What You’ll Bring- Cert IV in WHS / OHS (minimum requirement)- Background in manufacturing or warehousing (a big plus)- Experience with chemical safety and/or occupational hygiene (air, noise, dust, ergonomics) is highly regarded- Familiarity with ISO standards and Australian EHS legislation- Confidence in managing workers’ comp and return-to-work programs (preferred)- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills- A proactive communicator with a positive, team-first attitude.
