Position: Caravan Sales Person

Location: Pakenham, Victoria

Job type: Full-time

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Caravan Sales Person to join our team. As a Caravan Sales Person, you will be responsible for selling new caravans to customers in Pakenham and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right caravan for their needs
- Provide customers with product knowledge and answer any questions they may have
- Negotiate prices and finalize sales
- Process paperwork and ensure all sales are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
- Participate in sales training and meetings
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and display lot
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience in the caravan or automotive industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of caravans and their features
- Ability to negotiate and close sales
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
