Education Coaches Required

Melbourne, Australia Senior Education Studios Full time

We require facilitators at our centres in Ringwood and Bundoora, meaning you arrive at work and then work with your students either online or in person from your workspace. There is no scheduling required as we do all of that for you. It is important to note that you will be required to attend one of our locations for your coaching sessions, all located close to public transport. We also run workshops throughout the year, which is an optional opportunity for you to be paid to join the team facilitating the workshops.

Our team members have flexibility in preferred work hours during weekdays, evenings and/or weekends (typically 2-4 hour blocks). Reliability is integral in this role as our students depend on us for support during this stage of their education.

Our approach to education and the extent of student development differs from the mainstream approach to education. As such, initial and ongoing training and coaching is provided to ensure our high level of delivery. The positions will suit (but are not limited to) those who did well in VCE English or university students studying teaching, teachers retired, practicing, on leave or experienced tutors looking for the next step. Pay rate is generous and dependant on experience.
