Trainer and Assessor

We’re currently seeking a motivatedTrainer and Assessor with polywelding expertise who’s ready to join a reputable and supportive business committed to safety, growth, and excellence in training.

**You Will**:

- Deliver accredited training programs in line with endorsed packages and RTO standards, including Polyethylene welding (Butt, Electrofusion, Extrusion)
- Resolve participant grievances promptly and fairly to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Conduct QA/QC inspections and provide feedback to ensure trainees meet industry standards.
- Perform other duties as required by company policies and procedures.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Relevant trade qualification
- Holds a certificate IV in Training/Assessment
- Butt and/or Electrofusion Welding Certificate
- Current Driver's license
- Experience and skills in butt, electrofusion, and extrusion welding
- Experience in coaching and conducting QA/QC inspection
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and engage well with a diverse range of individuals and groups
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional organisational, delivery and time management skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
