**The Opportunity - Full Time**

The CCM Analyst will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining solutions using the OpenText and/or Quadient CCM platform with a particular focus to implement solutions based on the design, specifications and standards provided by our lead developers and architects.

**What are we looking for?**
- Good hands-on experience in developing outbound communications using an enterprise CCM platform such as OpenText and/or Quadient based on provided specifications
- Good understanding of Document Archiving and Retrieval solutions
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL scripting
- Experience working with different data payload formats such as XML and Json
- Proven experience in various scripting languages such as VBScript and JavaScript
- Understanding of Rest API integration concepts
- Demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, fast learner and driven to action
- Good skills in personal work organization and time management
- Drive for continuous improvement
- Strong ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new CCM technologies/ platforms

**Desirable**
- Completed tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or a related discipline or industry experience
