Carafix is a family owned business conveniently located just off the M1 at Arundel, Gold Coast. Due to high demand for caravan repairers in our industry, we are now searching far and wide for the next team member. Could it be you?

At Carafix, we are a tight-knit team of 10 who are passionate about caring for caravans - their servicing, repairs and modifications. We pride ourselves on being solutions-focused and prioritising quality workmanship. Our busy workshop is booked out months in advance, and we are recruiting for a new Caravan Repair Technician to join our team.
- **What does your day-to-day look like?**_

Each day you will work closely with the Workshop and Operations Manager who will handover the jobs to be completed, with clear guidelines on timeframes, process and parts required. The work is diverse, including warranty and insurance jobs involving:

- Re-cladding and accident repair
- Fitment of caravan and RV accessories including solar panel upgrades
- Caravan Servicing ie brakes and bearings
- Fitting and fault finding with 12V systems
- Water ingress repairs
- Some cabinetry work, welding, paint, plumbing and 240 volt electrical

- Prior experience in repairs, servicing or manufacture within the caravan, boating or motorhome industry
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your results
- A positive, ‘can-do’ approach to life and willingness to learn new skills
- A high level of craftsmanship and quality in your work
- The ability to show initiative and work unsupervised
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
