**Electronic Instruments Trades Worker (Special Class)**

**Location: Bassendean, WA**

Beyond sales, we offer innovative mounting and installation solutions, servicing, spare parts, repairs and inspections both in-house and in remote locations.

Our key operation centres are strategically located in Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, with accredited agents around Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Electronic Instruments Trades Worker (Special Class)to join the team in our Perth office on a full-time basis.

The skills and experience required for this role are:

- Australian Qualification Framework Certificate III with at least 2 years of on-the-job training, or AQF Certificate IV, or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications;
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience as an Electronic Instrument Trades Worker (Special Class) in addition to the skill level;
- Experience in examining and testing machines, equipment, instruments and control systems to diagnose faults;
- Experience in installing electronic instruments and control systems;
- Assisting in the operation of the workshop function including completion of crane installations as well as adjusting, repairing and replacing worn and defective parts and wiring, and maintaining machines, equipment and instruments;
- Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunction;
- Knowledge and understanding of electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic principles in commissioning and maintaining control systems;
- Sound ability to liaise with customers in a professional and pragmatic manner; and
- In possession of a full drivers licence.

An attractive remuneration package is on offer for this full-time position with a base salary of $90,000 - $100,000 (depending on the level of experience) and other company-provided items and benefits.
