Graduate Valuer

**About the Role**

Australia Wide Valuers is seeking Graduate Valuer to work primarily in ACT and regional NSW. We are a leading property valuation and advisory firm, providing trusted services across commercial, industrial, retail, and residential sectors. Our clients include financial institutions, government bodies, corporates and private investors. With a strong reputation for professionalism and industry expertise, we are committed to developing the next generation of valuers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist senior valuers with inspections, research, and report preparation.
- Conduct property market research and data analysis.
- Prepare valuation reports under supervision.
- Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders.
- Support compliance with industry and professional standards.

**To be successful in the role you will need to be**:

- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in the property valuation field across multiple asset classes
- Degree in Valuation (Property), Land Economics, or a related discipline (API accredited preferred)
- API or RICS accreditation or working towards qualification.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle (preferred for site work).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
