Your Role

**Your Responsibilities**:
Responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer) across your portfolio and lines of business

Building strong partnerships with our Business Leaders to understand their current and future resourcing needs for talent pipelining

Proactive sourcing and marketing via on-line platforms and social media

Update Hiring Managers and other HR colleagues on requisition status and external hiring trends

Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo) and ensuring it is utilised in an effective and efficient way

Monitor and report key resourcing statistics locally and regionally

Collaborate with local and regional HR colleagues to share best practice

Drive and manage relationships with a select panel of recruitment firms

Participate within projects centred on resourcing initiatives

Adhere to all compliance, legal and regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
Previous agency or in
- house recruitment experience (ideally within a regulated environment)

Strong local recruitment market knowledge across Australia & New Zealand

Broad recruitment experience across a diverse range of job disciplines and job families (ie. Underwriting, Operations, Technology, Finance, Risk, Compliance or others)

Recruitment experience from junior through to senior level hires

Experience of managing large volumes of vacancies

Experience in utilising applicant tracking systems (Taleo experience an advantage)

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter

Management of vendors and negotiation of terms with an ability to build strong relationships with external recruiters

Ability to work independently in an environment of change, multiple deadlines and priorities

Strong communication skills both written & verbal

Sense of urgency, and experience working at a fast pace while juggling multiple initiatives

Ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads, work collaboratively within a team (locally and remotely)
