**STORE PERSON**:
- Moorabbin, Australia**YOUR MISSION**:
This role will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of customer returns from our ecommerce sales channel. You will be required to oversee a small team at our newly refurbished Moorabbin warehouse.
Key responsibilities include:
General supervision of the team members within the returns team
-Allocation and delegation of workload to the returns team
-Maintaining customer returns within our service level agreement, ensuring timely refund to customers
-Maintaining stock integrity through accurately grading and returning saleable items to stock
-Creating return documents in the Warehouse Management System
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
**YOUR TALENT**:
Experience supervising a small team
-Experience working in an ecommerce area within a warehouse environment.
-SAP experience preferred, (preferred, not essential)
-Good verbal and written communication skills.
-Experience using a RF scanner (preferred, but not essential)
-Microsoft Office suit experience
- Hours: Monday to Thursday (7:00am - 3:30pm), Friday (7:00am - 1:30pm)_
- Hourly rate: $28.28 _
