Founded in 1950 Mclean Farms is a family owned and operated agricultural business, and is now one of the largest egg producers in Queensland and Australia.

**Job Overview**

In this newly created role, you will be required to oversee and maintain McLean Farms’ ICT network infrastructure. This involves the planning, installation, configuring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network hardware and related infrastructure. You will also be responsible for ensuring the network runs smoothly, efficiently, securely and meets McLean Farms’ business needs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Create an overall network architecture and strategy;
- Create a detailed roadmap to meet current and future business requirements;
- Create and maintain network documentation
- Lead management, and in support of the infrastructure governance and security principles;
- Provisioning and maintenance of relevant services;
- Performance and Capacity Planning;
- Management of individual components and their relationships;
- Leadership around network testing / Disaster Recovery;
- Investigation of poor network connectivity issues;
- Deployment of new or replacement infrastructure or the design and commissioning of network infrastructure for new sheds and sites; and
- Implementation of standardisation of equipment and management of individual assets;
**About you**
- Prior experience working with Fortinet is highly desirable, but not essential;
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
- Experience in working towards best outcomes;
- Ability to maintain good business relationships;
- A strategic thinker who can effectively communicate throughout varying levels of the organization;
- Experience in managing repair management systems.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel and common business intelligence/analytics tools; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
