**Key Responsibilities**:

- Interpret and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Select appropriate metal materials and prepare them for fabrication.
- Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using tools such as welders, cutters, and grinders.
- Perform welding operations, including MIG and ARC welding, ensuring strong and precise joints.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure fabricated components meet specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with the installation team to erect and install structural steel frameworks on-site.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe and operational condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in metal fabrication, particularly with structural steel.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Skilled in various welding techniques, including MIG and ARC welding.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work at heights when necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Desirable**:

- Experience with on-site installation of structural steel components.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in metal fabrication and construction.
