Leasing Agent

We are looking for someone to join our team at Room Estate Property Group. We specialise in room rentals and have a position available for a Leasing Agent Some of the tasks required will include Calling leads, Dealing with sub tenant's Enquiries, scheduling maintenance and onboarding new tenants.

On top of our hourly rate, we are also offering commissions of $150 each for new tenants and $500 for new homes acquired.

We will require someone with strong sales skills have have good people skills.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $29.55 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission

- Welshpool, WA 6106: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)
