**Opportunity**

WEM has a rewarding opportunity for a **Landscape Labourer** to join the team.

We have a strong portfolio of work with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions. This role requires travel to job sites across these regions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate small plant and equipment and assist in the installation of hardscape structures (e.g., concrete pavements, retaining walls)
- Prepare and plant trees, shrubs, and hedges; determine seeding requirements for landscaping and subdivision projects
- Install drainage pipes and fencing, and perform tree removal as required to maintain site integrity
- Maintain site cleanliness, adhere to statutory requirements, and ensure safe storage and proper use of tools
- Accurately log maintenance projects and complete timesheets to ensure timely site upkeep and payroll processing
- Collaborate effectively with operators, tradespeople, and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the landscaping division

**We Are Looking for Someone Who Has**:

- Relevant landscape maintenance experience will be highly regarded, or a keen interest in landscaping
- A construction white card
- A valid drivers licence
- Commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices
- A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision
