SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
**Administrator** for Our Business Services team
Working at Henderson, Perth
Mammoet are looking for a pro-active and analytical addition to our Australian Business Services team. As a Business Services Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our operational teams, ensuring the smooth coordination of business services across our various sites in the Pilbara. This role is key to supporting day-to-day functions, including documentation, reporting, compliance, and communication between departments to facilitate efficient and safe operations.
The role will be based in our Henderson Head office within Perth on a Full-Time Monday-Friday basis.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- High level of administration duties- Maintaining registers and record keeping- Raising purchase requisitions and purchase orders- Entering and tracking timesheet for personnel and equipment- Preparing and reviewing pro forma invoices
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Track system experience (Preferable)- SAP experience (desirable)- 2 years experince in a similar role- Ability to show initiative and multitask, to take ownership and be adaptable- A positive attitude and a natural team player- Knowledge of Cranes and/or transportation within the Pilbara region and/or mining sector is a bonus
