Greencross Williamstown is the perfect practice for an enthusiastic receptionist or veterinary nurse that favours the client care aspect of the role

This is a **Part-time position (2-3 days a week)** and as our new friendly face of the clinic, we are looking for someone customer care orientated, with a bright positive personality, an active approach to problem solving, an eye for detail, and strong and empathetic communication skills. If you are looking to work in a busy environment, you will not be disappointed, if you're a people person, animal lover and have a passion for providing a positive experience, this is the place to work

The clinic is spread across two floors and our team also get to enjoy a dedicated staff room, plenty of parking and close proximity to Williamstown train station. The clinic is only 2 minutes from Williamstown Esplanade and beach - perfect if you need to get something from the shops or want to eat your lunch out of the clinic.

**What we are looking for**:

- Must have prior reception or clinical experience within the Veterinary industry
- Enjoys chatting to clients and building great relationships with them and their pets
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Able to work unsupervised but also loves to be part of a team
- An enthusiastic approach to tasks with a ‘nothing's a problem’ attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Greeting clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with general inquiries
- Managing the reception area, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment
- Processing payments and handling billing inquiries
- Liaising with veterinary staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate client records and information
- Handling administrative tasks as assigned
