**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Joining the team as a Retail assistant, you will enjoy working in a supportive and rewarding retail environment.

The role hours are from 14 - 34 hours per week with flexibility to work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, and must include hours on every Saturday.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Providing exceptional customer care
- Delivering outstanding retail service experience for patients
- Providing reception support to book appointments, and general administrative tasks
- Building collaborative relationships with the My Optometrist team and patients
