Due to exciting growth in the business, we are looking for dynamic **customer focused specialist **to join our team of passionate customer service representatives based in** Unanderra **to provide an exceptional level of service to all our internal and external customers.
**As a customer care customer consultant your key responsibilities include**:
- Assist account managers with customer quotes, enquiries, and upkeep
- Understanding customer’s sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Previous experience providing an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and manage conflicting priorities
- High attention to detail coupled with demonstrated problem solving and investigation skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Intermediate MS Office skills are essential
- Exposure or experience with industrial safety products, trade or maintenance background, will be highly regarded
