An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager with knowledge of agricultural products to support the branch DON'T MISS OUT
- Our client established in 1970 is a leader in the agriculture industry. They have a strong focus on crop protection and animal health and support an extensive general products portfolio. They currently have many independent rural retailers with over 300 stores throughout the nation. They are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for supporting the management team with all aspects of the branch operations, meeting financial goals and building excellent customer relationships._

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the store operates efficiently to achieve optimal results in all areas
- Support the Store Manager and Management Team in all areas of the business
- Induct, train and mentor team members to work towards individual and store-level goals
- Assist with store presentation, merchandising and inventory management
- Coordinate stocktakes to manage stock control and loss prevention
- Continue to identify ways to grow the customer database and increase client retention

**Experience & Skills**:

- 2+ years experience in a retail environment
- Self-motivated and driven attitude to implement improvements in all areas of store operations
- Comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and agile working environment
- Strong communication, motivational and customer service skill
- Approachable and confident when interacting with customers
