To continuously support this vision, we are now seeking a **General Manager **who is looking to join a growing business with the potential for long-term career growth. This role is ideally suited to someone looking to take the next step in their career. Bring your ambition and energy to this hands on role. Position based in **Lismore, NSW.**

**What the role entails**:

- Leading a dynamic driven team in providing an ultimate customer experience within all business touch points from sales to service
- Coaching a team to exceed targets by appropriately planning activities to drive performance
- Maintain an inventory control system that meets the needs of the dealership and customer
- Establishing both long and short term goals for both staff and financial success
- Ensuring a follow-up system is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads
- Actively managing manufacturer and stakeholder relationships
- Effectively running the day to day requirements of the dealership

**What we are looking for**:

- Strong leadership background from a dealership environment
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed volume and revenue targets
- Demonstrated ability to maximise CSI results with a passion for customer service
- Staff management experience
- Strong sales and fixed operations background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A heavy commitment to hard work whist maintaining a fun work environment
