**Responsibilities**:

- Edit wedding footage to create captivating and emotionally impactful videos that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm creative concepts and develop storytelling strategies for each project.
- Ensure timely delivery of edited videos, meeting deadlines and maintaining a consistent workflow.
- Implement client feedback and revisions to refine and enhance the final product.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve editing skills and contribute innovative ideas to our projects.
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to company standards for video quality and style.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in video editing, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio showcasing editing skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with high-quality results.
- Passion for storytelling and a keen eye for visual composition and narrative structure.
- Flexibility to work 2-5 times a week in our Richmond office.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
