Partnering with Redpath Partners, our client is one of Australia's largest ASX listed property groups that specialise in the development and asset management of retail shopping centres.

We are currently looking for a Senior Retail Manager based in one of their largest assets located in the outer western suburbs of Sydney. Your main responsibility will be to focus purely on the management and engagement of each individual retailer, alongside effectively be the 2IC to the Centre Manager.

Reporting into the Centre Manager other duties will also include, but are not limited to:

- Establish and maintain relationships with retailers
- Arrears management
- Active participation within leasing
- Assist in forecasting and reporting requirements
- Annual business planning
- Implementation of effective communication between all divisions
- Centre compliance
