**Description**:
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained to relevant standards, and maximise availability for hire through coordination of workshop staff. This role is based on site at our Solomon FMG branch on an 8:6 roster based out of Perth.
This will position will have you showcasing your problem solving, customer service skills where no two days will be the same, reporting into the Branch Manager you will be responsible for:
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Providing workshop and servicing stats to the Branch Manager as required
- Attend and conduct pre-starts and customer required meetings on site
- Ensure our technicians are undertaking their daily tasks and duties as set out by the Branch Manager and ensure night crews are on schedule
- Coordinate and facilitate equipment servicing schedules and breakdowns
- Creating and managing hire agreements for new hires, as well as off-hiring equipment
- Ensuring daily branch management tasks are completed as required, including management of lost hire reporting and off-hire reviews
- Gather and collate KPIs

- Demonstrated experience in directing a team and managing service demand
- Proven safety focused attitude and commitment
- Ability to communicate clearly - oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven customer relationship experience
- Experience working on a FIFO basis (desirable, not essential)
- Hire industry experience (desirable, not essential)
