We are currently seeking **dedicated and professional Security Officers** to join our dynamic team. **Multiple positions are available, including casual, part-time roles Pay according the Security Services Industry Award** **About the Role** As a Security Officer with SKG Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, customers, and staff. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations on the premises while delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities** - Monitor and patrol premises to ensure security and safety. - Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. - Report and document security incidents accurately and in accordance with protocols - Act as a deterrent to unauthorised activities on-site. - Supervise and support team members (for supervisor roles). - Conduct detailed checks and comprehensive patrols - Proactively monitor the site for safety and security breaches - Perform other security/safety duties conscientiously and as required - Enforce procedural rules and regulations - Ensure the personal safety of staff, customers, and property - Maintain security and safety for the clients, customers and staff - Monitor CCTV, control room duties and access control **What We Offer** - A supportive and inclusive work environment. - Competitive pay as per **Pay Level 3 of the Security Services Industry Award**. - Casual, part-time, and full-time day and afternoon shifts - Opportunities for career advancement and development. **About You** We are looking for individuals who are: - Reliable, professional, and committed to excellence. - Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills. - Team players who can also work independently. - Display exemplary customer service and expertise in security - Demonstrate exceptional security service standards - Enforce company policies and site procedures. - Work as an integral team member - Be well presented at all times with excellent communication skills - Have a can-do and proactive attitude with exceptional self-motivation - Have availability to work on a rotating roster and weekends **Qualifications/ Licenses Requirements** - A current and valid QLD Security Licence. (mandatory) - First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
